It is against the democratic rights of the citizens of Canada to disallow any persons running for office, from participating in the debates. Canada is a democracy, not a dictatorship. Do not dictate from whom we may or may not hear debate.

It's not easy being Green

Mike Schreiner provides a real alternative to the status quo; a fresh vision that focuses on the well-being of Ontario today and in the future. He should be heard in this year's Leaders debates

Let's hear from all of the leaders!!

It is time for the leader of a party, which is fully participating in the provincial election by fielding candidates right across the province, to be heard. What are you afraid of?

To refuse the right of speech to any legitimate candidate in an election suggests that the opposition are very afraid of the realities Mr. Schreiner and the Greens will bring into the open. To resort to undemocratic and unethical behaviour such as this speaks of desperation and weakness on their part. Is this not excellent publicity for Mr. Schreiner? If the other parties are upholders of truth, justice and democracy, then why would they be afraid to let a Green (or any other) candidate speak???

The Green Party also gets voted for, and therefore should be given a voice. Why is it so hard to give everyone an equal voice?

Party leaders tell us don't vote for the other guy. I want to hear ideas at the leaders debate. Mike Schreiner will bring ideas to the debate.

Although the Green Party does not have a seat, they have achieved significant votes in our elections for almost 10 yrs. Please let the leader speak. thanks
